Cathleen Wong earned both her Bachelor and Masters’ degrees in Music from the University of Southern California. Ms. Wong has received numerous awards and recognition for her talents in the classical genre in addition to all other areas of flute performance. She has studied under many of the Masters in the classical flute world; most recently David Shostac, principal flutist of the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, and Colin Fleming, principal flutist of the Belfast Symphony. Alongside her acumen of all things classical, Ms Wong received a Masters degree from USC in Jazz Studies. (Her Classical meets Jazz is a happy marriage, indeed.) Custom, original, and personally unique repertoires are her specialty. She writes intimately gorgeous and timeless music-- her clients' satisfaction and praise for her work speaks for itself. Their word of mouth referrals (and raves!) keep her very busy indeed! An active member of ASCAP (American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers), Cathleen’s published works have been heard on television’s major and cable networks and continue to receive recognition internationally year after year. Kathleen Kelley
A gifted soloist, Kathleen Kelley’s vocal style truly touches the heart. A native Californian, Ms. Kelley attended Mount St. Mary’s College and the University of Southern California. She is a people person first, and enjoys running the "business" side of things at Rhapsody Ensembles. Creatively artistic and detail oriented, every wedding--every event becomes "her baby"... (check out the Testimonials page.) Kathleen's clients entrust her with their musical dreams, visions and challenges. This is a charge she takes seriously and almost no request is impossible when Kathleen works her magic. She understands the heart and soul of her clients' wishes--always delivering a stellar event with her polished yet personal touch. Musically, Kathleen has a wide range of vocal experience including commercial recording and musical theatre with participation in lead roles as well as the ensemble cast. A Christian singer since childhood, Kathleen’s experience with countless ceremonial performances has polished and perfected both her a cappella and accompanied repertoires. She loves Gregorian chants and Renaissance music, and often performs with chamber ensembles in Churches and other special venues. Kathleen is also an accomplished cantor, specializing in the High Catholic Mass and Liturgy. David Stahl
David Stahl earned his Bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance from the highly regarded College-Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati. He permanently relocated to Los Angeles, where he earned his M.F.A. degree [again] in Piano Performance from UCLA. The classical literature and repertoire is what David enjoys best, although his wide range of experience and multi-dimensional background serve him well in all genres of piano performance. (He's a mean jazzer, too!) David’s flawless playing is second only to his unique ability to personally touch his audience. Mr. Stahl has had the opportunity to play with many of the ‘great’ orchestral instrumentalists, and his gifted performances have received raves by music enthusiasts and critics alike.
